This includes data pertaining to Clients’ residents, prospective renters, current and prospective Clients, and Client-employee end users of JAX Hospitality Services.

Personal information does not include:

Publicly available information from government records.
De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
Information excluded from state privacy laws, such as health or medical information covered by HIPAA, and personal information covered by sector-specific privacy laws like the FCRA, GLBA, FIPA, or the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

III. Personal Information Sources

JAX Hospitality collects personal information from:

Residents and prospective renters during enrollment or use of JAX Hospitality.
Clients via direct input into JAX Hospitality or integration with Client systems and third-party service providers.
Credit reporting agencies, payment processors, and website analytics services integrated with JAX Hospitality Services.
Client employees during setup of user accounts and during service activation.

IV. Personal Information Use & Processing

As a service provider, JAX Hospitality processes personal information on behalf of our clients and for our own services provided to our clients. We do not control the personal information we process, and we adhere to Clients' instructions regarding data handling. Where JAX Hospitality acts as a data controller, a separate privacy policy will be provided.

We may use or disclose personal information for:

Fulfilling the purpose for which it was collected and providing JAX Hospitality Services.
Integrating with services offered by JAX Hospitality or third-party providers.
Distributing communications and notices about JAX Hospitality Services.
Maintenance, enhancement, research, and security of JAX Hospitality.
Compliance with laws related to software-as-a-service, financial institutions, and money services.
Creating and securing user accounts.
Responding to legal requests and regulatory requirements.

VIII. Consumer Request Responses and Timelines

We will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days. An extension of up to 45 days may apply. Responses will cover the past 12 months and explain any inability to comply.
